And you will need the following:

- In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until the mixture triples its volume. Then, add milk and oil and stir.
- Combine flour and baking powder and gently stir it into the eggs mixture.
- Now, pour half of the batter into a lightly greased and floured baking pan. The one I used is 25x25 cm.
Bake into a preheated oven at 200°C for nearly 5 minutes, just until a thin crust forms. The cake doesn't have to be fully baked. - Take it out of the oven and carefully spread the jam. Try not to make any holes into the cake.
- Finally, pour the other half of the batter over the jam and spread it equally.

6. Now, put the pan back in the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until it gets a nice golden brown color.
