Dear visitor,
This is a blog about home-cooking, so if you're keen on homemade food and meals, you're at the right place!
And here are a few things you should know about this blog:
I'm trying to use store-bought and pre-prepared products as less as possible. In fact, not to use them at all. And by that I mean cake mixtures, instant sauces and cream, open-and-bake dishes, etc. Not canned fruit or vegetables that would certainly ease and speed up your cooking. Besides, fresh fruits and veggies are not always available, right? Instead, you'll learn how to prepare the whole meal by yourself. So, keep reading and become the Master Chef of your home!
When reading the recipes I post here, you would probably get the idea that I'm favoring vegetarian and vegan recipes, which is not (entirely) true. Some members of my family are vegan, others cannot imagine a meal without meat, while I'm somewhere in the middle: I eat meat, but I'm so picky that people often think I'm a vegetarian. So, to sum up - here you'll find equally delicious recipes for everyone: for the meat lovers, for vegetarians and vegans, for those who count calories, for those who care about their health and for those who just want to enjoy their meal without bothering about anything else...
Also, this blog is not focused on one world cuisine or one way of food preparation only. This blog offers you authentic recipes from all around the world (some of which you have probably never heard of before), followed by engaging stories so that everyone can find something interesting and attractive for themselves. So, keep reading this blog and enjoy a new journey everyday!
And finally, with this blog cooking will become a pleasure for you instead of obligation, as it will make each meal a piece of cake for you. You and your family will love this blog because when your food is homemade, it just must be good!!!
Enjoy reading and cooking!
p.s. I would like to apologize for having some poor-quality photos. Sometimes photos are taken on the run and do not show the food in the best light. In those cases, focus on the recipes! :)
