The preparation lasts no longer than 5 minutes, as all of the ingredients are measured in cups, and there is no need to use hand mixer. You just stir with a spoon or a whisk, and it's ready to go in the oven! You can bake it in muffin molds or in regular baking pan - it will be equally fantastic!
If you use a 200 ml cup, you'll get about 20-22 medium-sized muffins. And this is what you'll need:

- In a bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.
- Then, stir in the liquid ingredients. You will get a thick batter.
At this point, you can add some seeds or chopped/grated vegetables, if you wish. I didn't add any this time.
Sprinkle with some sesame seeds (or any other seeds) on top, if you like.
4. Bake into a preheated oven at 200°C for nearly 15 minutes, or until the edges of the cornbread start to come away from the pan.
