So, you will need:

- If using fresh yeast, dissolve it into the lukewarm water and set it aside for a couple of minutes to activate.
If using dry yeast, just skip to step 2. - In a bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients: both flours, salt, and all the seeds. Also, add the dry yeast, if using any.
- In a separate bowl, combine oil, honey and milk. Add this mixture into the flour. Also, add the water with fresh yeast. Knead until you get a smooth dough that won't stick to your hands.
Place the loafs into a baking pan covered with parchment paper, cover the loaf with a kitchen towel and set it aside to rise for about 2-2 1/2 hours, or until the loaf doubles its volume.
5. Bake into a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes, depending on the size of the loaf, or until it gets a golden brown crust on top.
