You will need the following ingredients:

1. First, remove the pits from the prunes, but keep the prunes whole. An easy way to do this is to push the pits out using the handle of a wooden spoon. Then, put an almond in each prune.
You can also use prunes that are already pitted, though those are usually pressed so putting the almonds inside could be a little hard. Not impossible, but just a bit more time and energy-consuming.
Place the rolls onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
3. Sprinkle each roll with some salt and rosemary to taste. Bake into a preheated oven at 250°C for approximately 10 minutes or until bacon gets brownish and crispy crust.
Serve warm or cold - it's good either way. You can serve it plain, though fresh salad and toasted bread go great with it.
