It's been quite awhile since I last shared some recipe with you, people! Me and my family, we were busy moving to our new home, but now when things are almost done I can come back to cooking and sharing some delicious stuff with you! My new kitchen is still loading, but the old one has so many stories left to tell! :)
Speaking of moving, you've probably noticed that Must Be Good has moved to a new address as well. But don't worry, as all recipes published so far are and will be here.
I like this recipe very much as it asks for just a couple of minutes to prepare it, uses some more or less common ingredients, and the final result is a nice, expensive-looking meal you would find in a fine restaurant. It's an easy and inexpensive way to turn the regular fries (I'm sure we all adore) into something new and get a great meal for you and your family.
As a matter of fact, I have already posted a recipe which is a twisted form of the well-known French fries, and it's the ample Tanzanian Chipsi Mayai. There is an interesting story behind this recipe, so if you want to check it, just go here.
This new twist is creamy, smooth dish abundant in flavors and aromas. Its preparation will take an additional 5 minutes only after making the fries, so you'll have your dinner ready in half an hour total, if not less!
Enough chatting. Let's do some cooking now! This is what you'll need to make 2 servings:

3. Add the fries into the pan with the ham and pour in cooking cream. Simmer over medium fire, stirring often, until it starts thickening. Add curry powder, parsley and some salt and pepper to taste, stir well, simmer for additional 10-15 seconds and remove from fire.
It is delicious on its own, but I would recommend you to serve it with some pickled vegetables or some sourish fresh salad if you want to enrich its flavor even more. Perhaps some of thesefresh salad ideas will be your hit.
Enjoy and bon appétit!
