Directions:
- First, bring some water to boiling and cook peas, carrots, potatoes and corn (if necessary) until soft, but still firm. Drain well and set aside to cool.
- In a bowl combine the vegetables, both cheeses and diced boiled eggs, if using any. Season with some salt and pepper to taste. Then, add sour cream and mayo and toss well. Add some more salt and pepper, if needed.
You can add some more sour cream and mayo if you prefer more "liquid" cream salads.
Chill before serving.
