As you can see in prep section, the classic pizza sauce is missing. In fact, there is no sauce at all! This one is made with leeks, and its sweet flavor is enriched with two kinds of cheese and some other dairies. When baked, those form an incredibly delicious and creamy coating. Plus, all of this is topped onto this extraordinary and atypical Crumbly Pizza Dough which makes it a real delight!
Of course you can use any other pizza crust, but I warmly recommend the crumbly one for a full flavor.
Here's what you'll need to make one medium-sized pizza:

- Cut leeks into thin slices. Heat butter or oil into a pan and sauté the leeks over medium fire for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. They don't have to be fully tender. Remove from fire.
- Meanwhile, prepare the crust you are going to use. I used the whole quantity of this crumbly dough here.
- Arrange the leeks onto the crust.
- In a bowl, combine sour cream, yogurt and crushed or grated white cheese. Spread the mixture over the leeks. Finish with grated yellow cheese and a few sprinkles of pepper and red pepper flakes.
Let it cool for 3-4 minutes before cutting. Serve warm or cooled, as you prefer.
