This time I used it to make a delicious Leeks&Cheese pizza, but I believe any other moisture topping will do perfect. I say moisture, because the crust itself is a bit drier than the "regular" one, so a dry topping will result into arid, "choky" pizza. And that's what a pizza should never be! :)
So, this is what you'll need... Note that the quantities given below make approx. 25x35cm big pizza:
- 1/2 cup polenta
- 1/2 cup potato flakes
- 1/4 cup semolina
- 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 150 ml water
- to taste pepper (optional)
Note: use a 200 ml cup
