And you'll need the following ingredients:

- Chop the bread and put it in a bowl. You can use any kind of bread.
- Whisk eggs with a fork. Add salt, yogurt and sparkling water. Then, stir in cheese and all seasonings except for sesame seeds.
- Pour the eggs mixture into the bowl with bread and stir well so that it soaks the whole liquid.
- Put the 'dough' into a lightly greased baking pan or divide it between muffin molds. You can fill them as much as you want as it won't rise during baking.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top (or other seeds of your preference). I also put some crushed stale cornbread.
Set aside for a couple of minutes to cool, then cut into pieces and serve. You can serve it warm or completely cooled, as you prefer.
A cup of yogurt, some sour cream, or a cup of tea would be a good complement, though some fresh salad could also be very nice.
