The preparation itself doesn't ask for much of your time, so let's begin! You'll need the following ingredients to make one medium-sized pizza:

- Prepare 1 dose of pizza dough as described in the recipe here. Of course, you can use any other pizza dough, homemade or store-bought.

2. Spread sour cream over the crust. The layer of sour cream may seem to be too thick, but don't worry, it's just perfect: it will give the crust softness and juiciness.
3. Peel and grate zucchini and spread it over the sour cream. Add some salt and some pepper and garlic powder, if you want. Then, sprinkle with crushed feta. Finish with thick slices of tomato. |
Serve warm or cold.
I served it plain: its flavor was complete and I didn't need any additional condiment.
