And following the next few steps, you'll have an appetizing crispy pie ready for less than an hour!
- First, beat the eggs using a whisk or a fork. Add yogurt and crumbled cheese and combine. Add some salt to taste, but be careful as cheese can be quite salted already.
- Set aside 3 filo sheets. Divide the rest of the sheets into 3 parts (don't need to be equal).
- Now, take 2 of the sheets you set aside and cover a lightly greased round pan with them, so that they come out of the pan a bit, like shown in the photo below. Let the sheets overlap each other a bit.
6. Repeat the same procedure with the remaining two thirds of filo sheets and filling. So, the last layer should be filling.
7. After you've done this, take the last filo sheet you set aside at the beginning and cover the pan. Than fold all of the filo sheet edges inside the pan. See the photo below... |

Serve it warm with yogurt, sour cream or sour milk.
