I ate it for the first time when I was at the University in the student cafeteria near my home and I absolutely liked it! I ordered it anytime it was on the menu. Since I was a regular customer there for three full years, I had enough time to make friends with the staff and to find out the recipe. Yay! And this is how you can prepare it as well:

3. Add peas, season with some salt and pepper to taste, cook for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally and then pour the water. Bring it to a boil and cook over low heat until peas are soft and tender.
5. Pour this mixture into the soup, little by little, lightly stirring with a spoon or a whisk.
Flour and sour cream will thicken the soup, while sour cream will also give it some extra freshness.
Once you've added all the mixture, you can stop stirring and let the soup cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Then, remove from fire.
