Speaking of delicious combos, another thing that I can't get enough of is a good moist sandwich with creamy salad or spread in it. And this salad here could be one of the top favorites for the role, especially if tuna lovers are the casting directors.
It's perfect! That's all I have to say to describe it! Preparation is quick and so easy that it would be the shame not to try it and see it for yourself!
This is what you will need:

Directions:
- Drain the tuna really well. Then flake it using a fork, unless you are using the one that is already flaked.
- In a bowl, combine tuna and finely diced cucumbers, egg and scallion.
You can grate the cucumbers and the egg if it is easier for you. I prefer this salad with some crunchy chunks in it, so I chop the ingredients. - Add mayo, 3 or 4 Tbsp, depending on how thick you want your salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste and that's it. Simple as it can be!
Store in the fridge, sealed in a box. If stored properly, it can stay fresh for 2-3 days.
Serve as an appetizer, spread, or dip, as you prefer. My favorite way is to spread it on crunchy roasted bread... Yummy! :)
