Before I start with the recipe, I just want to say I used brown sugar to enhance the color of the muffins, but regular sugar will be perfectly fine as well.
And those are the ingredients you will need:

- Beat eggs and sugar until the mixture triples its volume.
- Add tahini paste and mix again until homogenized.
4. Combine flour and baking powder, then gently stir it into the eggs mixture.
5. Divide batter between muffin cups, filling them up to 2/3, and bake into a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 10 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
