- Cut potatoes into 3-5mm thick slices. Blanch the spinach and drain it well. Combine them, season with some salt and pepper to taste and place into a lightly greased baking pan.
Spread the sauce on the top of the vegetables. Do not mix.
Serve warm, topped with some sour cream and sprinkled with crushed red peppers, along with some bread and somefresh salad, if you wish.
As I said, this can also be an excellent side dish for roasted meat.
