I love waffles since I was a kid. I liked them the most when baked on a sandwich press instead of waffle maker, as each cookie had a different and unique shape. However, I use the waffle maker much oftener lately...
The recipe I'm going to present you now is a basic recipe for butterless waffles that are aromatic, soft and light as feather. Besides, it can be easily enriched with many supplements of your choice, to meet all your tastes and preferences.

- Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until sugar melts and the mixture triples its volume. Add milk and oil and combine.
- Combine flour and baking powder and gradually add it to the eggs mixture. Combine until homogenized. You'll get a thick butter.
- Heat the baking device. There is no need to grease it.
If using a waffle maker, pour one soup ladle of batter per round.
If using a sandwich maker, pour 1 tablespoon of batter per waffle, leaving some space between them.
Cover and bake for approx. 30 seconds.
Store the waffles into a plastic box or covered with plastic foil to keep them soft. Serve warm or cold, as you wish.
Enjoy and bon appétit!
