This super-delicious salad is creamy and crunchy in the same time, and each bite is a real explosion of flavors. Plus, it will keep you full for quite a long time.
To make it, prepare the following ingredients:

- Boil the potatoes with a pinch of salt added, until tender but slightly firm to the bite. Let them cool a bit, than dice them.
You can cook them with the skin on, peeled or even dice them first, and than cook them. It really doesn't make a difference. - Put boiled and diced potatoes into a bowl and add sliced fresh carrot, chopped onion and scallions, and tuna altogether with the oil. Toss.
- Season with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar to taste. Toss one final time.
- Crush the pretzels and top the salad generously. Do not stir after this point.
Please note that you'll need the snack pretzels (the hard and crispy ones), not the soft pretzel pastry.
