Directions:
- In a mixing bowl combine flour, poppy seed, sesame seeds (if using any), salt and baking powder.
- Pour in oil and beer and start kneading it with your hands or using a hand mixer. Knead until you get a medium-hard, smooth, nonsticky dough. You may need a tablespoon or two of flour extra to get that consistency.
And don't worry - you won't need more than a couple of minutes to do this.
4. Use your favorite cookie cutter(s) to cut out as many pieces as possible. Arrange them into a baking pan. And again, there's no need for greasing or flouring the pan. You can put some parchment paper to avoid tough cleaning later, though. :)
6. Bake the biscuits into a preheated oven at 200°C, on the middle rack, until lightly browned on the top.
Let them cool completely and then store into plastic boxes or jars up to a week.
