These are the ingredients:

- Peel beetroot and carrot. Grate all three vegetables and put them into a bowl. Mix.
- Whisk yogurt, oil, vinegar and oregano. Pour the dressing over the veggies and mix. Add some salt to taste and some more vinegar, if desired, and mix again.
Serve chilled, sprinkled with some more oregano.
