As the title says, peas are the main ingredient for this scrambled eggs combo. But not the only one, though. The recipe calls for some cheese to make this mixture richer, creamier and even more interesting. It's excellent if you need to spend some leftover peas and turn them into delicious, light, brand new meal! It's actually how I created the recipe, but it turned out so good that I gladly and intentionally repeated it so many times so far, and I'm not stopping there!
I'm pretty sure those Peas'n'Eggs will be one of the favorite kids' meals as they look funny and attractive, and their sweet and savory flavor and buttery texture will please anyone. So, let's cook them!

Directions:
- Heat oil in a small pan over high fire. Add peas and cook for a minute. Then, add cheese and cook for a couple more minutes, stirring often. Cheese will melt and bond with the peas.
- Whisk the egg, season with a pinch of salt and some pepper to taste and add it into the pan. Cook for a minute more, stirring couple of times, and remove from fire.
