Today I'm going to present to you the popular and everybody's favorite Mac'n'cheese, but the way I do it. It differs from the common macaroni and cheese recipe for two reasons: I'm using different kind of cheese (not cheddar) and I'm always adding some deli meat, which is not an usual ingredient in this dish.
I've been preparing mac'n'cheese this way for many years and it has always been super delicious and eaten before you can say cheese! :) It's crispy from above, but so soft and creamy inside. And this is how you can prepare it...

Directions:
1. Bring some water to boiling, add some salt and cook the macaroni al dente. Be careful when adding salt as both cheeses are quite salted, especially the white one. Drain. Pour the oil into a baking dish and put the macaroni.
4. Grate the yellow cheese and sprinkle it over the macaroni. Use some cheese that melts easily.
I enjoy eating this with mayo (I enjoy eating mayo with any pasta in general :)), but of course, you can use your favourite addition or eat it plain.
Enjoy and bon appétit!
