And these bruschetta are extraordinary! They are quite strong with a perfect combination of smooth and crunchy texture, and they are ideal as quick lunch or party snacks with beer or wine. For me, walnuts in this combination are an exception from the ordinary ingredients you could use for bruschetta so those would be some kind of special occasion meal. Of course, that special occasion can be treating yourself!

Once again, as for any other bruschetta recipe so far, the preparation differs from the standard bruschetta rules as the topping is added before baking the bread slices.
And this is what you will need:

- Crush Feta cheese with a fork and add mustard. Also, add some sour cream, just enough to make the mixture spreadable. Season with some pepper to taste and some salt if you want.
I tried it with regular wheat bread and with this delicious cocoa bread and both were very tasty, but those with the cocoa bread were absolutely fabulous!
