So far, I have served them in two different combinations: in a fully savory version along with some French fries, and in a particularly interesting salty and sweet combo with honey, and they are both stunning!
And this is what you'll need:

- Prepare the ingredients:
- cut cheese into bars or cubes of your preferred size. Mine were small party-sized pieces, approx. 3x3 cm wide and 2 cm thick. Don't worry if some of the pieces are crumbled or smashed: you can still use them as it won't show at the end.
- cut filo pastry leaves into several stripes widthwise. Each stripe should be approximately 2 or 3 times wider than cheese bars. In my case, each filo leaf was cut into 4 stripes. - Now, wrap each piece of cheese into a filo pastry stripe as shown in the photos below. If cheese is crumbled or smashed, just make a small pile of it and wrap as usual.
