As far as this recipe is concerned, you can use snacks in any flavor and shape, but I personally prefer the peanut ones and I work with them almost without exception. I would be really happy to hear about your trials and experiences!
Before I proceed to the ingredients list, I have to mention that I've made slight changes in the recipe over time, eliminating some of the ingredients to adjust it to our preferences, but I will now note down all of them so you can tailor it as you wish.
So, these are the ingredients you'll need:

- Crush the flips snacks and combine with cream cheese. Stir in some sour cream until you get the desired thickness. Spice with some salt and pepper to taste.
- The salad prepared this way has a nice peanut-cheese flavor with a refreshing sour cream note, but if you want to get a more complex flavor, add some hard-boiled egg yolks. Just crush them with a fork and combine with cream cheese. The rest of the prep process remains the same.
- Instead of cream cheese, you can use some other soft cheese for a stronger flavor. For example, this time I used some crushed feta cheese. In cases like this, you may need a bit more than 2 Tbsp of sour cream to obtain a creamy texture.
This is the feta-snacks mix before adding the sour cream...
Note that you can store the salad in the fridge for up to 3 days, but it's the best to use it the same day.
Enjoy and bon appétit!
