Remember the Wafer Cake I posted some time ago? Well, you'll need wafers for these truffles as well...
You'll need:

|
Directions:
1. Finely crush the wafers using a blender or put them into a plastic bag and press them with a rolling pin.
2. Add the hazelnut spread and knead with your hands until you get a mixture which is easy to shape.
3. Shape the truffles. And serve!
If you wish, you can pour some melted chocolate on the top of each truffle. Usually I can't wait "that long", so I serve them without any decorations and believe me, they disappear in the blink of an eye! :)
Note that you can combine different tastes of wafers and spread. For example, you can use hazelnut wafers and hazelnut spread for truffles that has very similar taste as Ferrero Rocher; coconut wafers and milk spread for Raffaelo-like truffles; choco wafers and choco spread for the biggest fans of chocolate; fruit wafers and choco spread for a splash of freshness... It's up to you! :)
Enjoy and bon appétit!
