And here's what you'll need:

|
- Break spaghetti into 4 or 5 pieces.
Bring approx. 1l of water to boiling. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and the spaghetti. Cook them al dente, then drain them well. - Cut tenderloin into stripes. Heat oil or butter into a pan and sauté the meat for a couple of minutes, until lightly browned.
This is an optional step, but it will certainly give a special flavor to the salad!
As for the meat, I used pork tenderloin, but you can use beef if it's more convenient to you. - Meanwhile, julienne the pickles. Chop (or crush) walnuts and peanuts. Toast the sesame.
- Once spaghetti, meat and sesame are slightly cooled, put them into a bowl, add pickles and nuts and stir. Then, add sour cream and mayonnaise and stir well again. At the end, add some more salt if needed, and some pepper to taste, and stir for the last time.
After you transfer the salad into serving bowl(s), you can spread a thin layer of sour cream on the top and put a few peanuts or walnuts, or you can decorate it on your own. Of course, you can serve it without any decoration as well - it won't be less tasty, I guarantee it!
