In addition, I can just say they're so soft and creamy, with a golden, thin crust from the outside, and... And for the rest, you must see it and feel it for yourself! :)
You'll need this:

- Peel the potatoes and cut them into quite thin, long slices or strips (approx. 5mm thick). Put them into a baking pan, and spice with some salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle with oil and pour in wine or water (or a combination of the two). If you're using bouillon cube, dissolve it into the liquid, but in that case reduce the salt, as bouillon is quite salted.
I prefer making those potatoes with wine, but if you're making them for your kids, or you simply want a pure potato flavor, use water. - Bake into a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 30 minutes, until all the liquid vapors and potatoes become soft and tender and get a thin crust.
