1. Finely shred the cabbage and the carrots, or grate them. Put them in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, yogurt, oil and 1 teaspoon of vinegar.
3. Pour the dressing into the bowl with vegetables and stir well so that vegetables are all "soaked". Add some salt and pepper to taste and some more vinegar if you like, and stir once again.
