- Use a meat mallet to tenderize the meat. Then spice it with some salt and pepper to taste (sprinkle both sides of each piece of meat).
- Put oil into a deep pan and heat it over high fire. Put the meat in and fry it on each side just until it gets a brown crust.
- Combine cola, ketchup and vinegar and add it to the meat. Reduce the fire to low, shake the pan so that the sauce covers all the meat, and cook for 10-15 minutes, until meat becomes soft and tender and sauce thickens. Remove from fire.
I served it with boiled mix of potatoes, carrots and peas...
