This one, however, asks for a few minutes of heating on the stove or in the microwave, but still, it will be ready in less than 15 minutes!
You'll need the following ingredients...
- 500 g butter biscuits or shortbread cookies
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 250 g sugar
- 250 ml milk or water
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
for the topping:
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 150 ml milk or water

4. Put the mixture into a rectangular pan, approx. 25x25cm or similar, and press and flatten it. You can use smaller or bigger pan, depending on how high you want the candies to be.
5. Prepare the topping. Put milk, sugar and cocoa into a small pot and cook over medium fire until fully melted and combined. Pour the mixture on the top of the biscuits mixture. Leave it into the fridge for 5-10 minutes and cut into pieces at your convenience.
You can make some additional decoration if you wish. I scribbled it with some melted white chocolate.
