Those are the ingredients you will need to make TWO standard loafs:

- Put 100 g of the butter into a small pot and melt it over low fire. Remove from fire and set aside to cool a bit.
- In a bowl, dissolve yeast into the warm water and let it activate.
- In a separate bowl, put flour, salt, honey, melted butter, milk and water with yeast. Knead until dough stops sticking to the bowl and your fingers. You may need some more flour, just a pinch or two, depending on the flour itself.
Cover the pans and let the dough rise until it doubles its volume, which is somewhere between an hour and an hour and a half.
5. Once dough has risen, melt the remaining 50 g of butter and gently sprinkle on top of the bread loafs. Try not to press the dough as it will deform and not bake properly.
