Personally, I'm using oranges and orange juice a lot in desserts, especially in no-bake ones. It's refreshing, tastes great and smells even greater. I've shared with you the delectable truffles with oranges, rum and coconut, and here's a new extraordinary combination that will blow your mind!
This is another cool recipe for no-bake cookies that are done within an hour and can be served immediately, without refrigerating or waiting to set. The recipe is also generous, which makes it party-friendly.
And here's what you need:

**If you want to get a vegan recipe, you can substitute honey for 1 tablespoon of jam OR 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
- In a bowl, combine ground biscuits and cocoa. Also, add powdered sugar at this point, if using it.
- Add jam, orange juice, honey, melted chocolate and orange zest and knead it with your hands to get a homogenized "dough" that won't stick or crumble, and will hold its shape.
You can also shape the mixture using some mold, as you wish.
Enjoy and bon appétit!
