- Cut chicken into bite-sized strips.
Melt butter into a pan and add the chicken. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper to taste and cook over high heat, stirring often, until it gets a brownish crust. Then, take the meat out of the pan using a slotted spoon and set it aside. - Reduce fire to low. Add almonds and crushed processed cheese into the same pan and stir for a few moments, until cheese fully melts. Then, put the chicken back in the pan and pour in cooking cream. Simmer for a minute or two, until sauce starts thickening, then remove from fire.
This time I used cous cous which I shaped into triangles using a silicone baking mold.
