Well, today's recipe is calling for exactly those ugly brown bananas, the ugliest you can find! The riper and the browner bananas are, the tastier the cake you get!
Those are the ingredients you will need:

- In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar using a hand mixer, until the mixture gets pale yellow color and triples its volume.
- Crush bananas using a fork and add them into the bowl with eggs. Mix for a couple more minutes, until you get a homogenized foamy mixture.
- Combine flour, cocoa and baking powder and stir them into the bananas mixture. Also, add the almonds.
5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake into a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6. Once the cake is out of the oven, take it out of the pan and let it cool completely before cutting it.
