In this post I will show you 2 different versions and you can decide which one do yo like better. Personally, I prefer the option with fresh vegetables, but the other one is also worth trying!
You'll need the following:
|
|
- Cook pasta al dente following the package instructions, then drain.
- Meanwhile, melt butter into a deep pan or pot and add finely chopped onions. Cook until soft and tender. Add minced garlic and cook for a few seconds, until it releases its aroma. Pour in wine and
50 ml of water and simmer until all liquid vapors.
If using dried onions and garlic, just add them into melted butter and pour in wine and water right away. The rest of the steps remain the same. - Now, add soy sauce and stir. Short after, add cooking cream and spices and stir until homogenized.
I usually don't add any salt as soy sauce is quite salted, but of course, you can add some if you want.
If you want to reheat the dish, you will need to add some cooking cream as sauce will thicken once cooled.
