These are the ingredients needed:

- Peel and cut potato into corn-sized pieces. Bring some water to boiling and cook potatoes until soft. Drain and set aside to cool a bit.
- If you're using frozen corn, blanch it for a couple of minutes, until soft. Drain and set aside to cool. If you choose a canned one instead, just drain it, rinse with some cold water and drain again.
- Chop ham (or other deli meat, to taste) in same-sized pieces as potatoes.
- Combine ham, chilled corn and potatoes, sesame seeds, sour cream and mayo. Add some pepper to taste and some salt, if necessary and mix well.
Serve chilled.
